i have created a challenge for super mega.... what is this image?

i used a effect to make it look like that and you must do the effect again to revert it!!!! hehehehe and once you revert it to normal it still looks really weird so it will be hard to figure out Twisted Evil

i will give you two hints:
i used paint.net
i used a plugin
