I play CS, NWN, DOD, TFC, and GB. I am starting a clan full of nice people that read comics. I'm working on the site. http://boganzo.phantasmo.com/apahome.html
We're the Artic (yes Artic, not Arctic) Penguin Army. It's not so much a clan as it is just a group of people that want to play a game together. You don't need to join or add ArticPA to your name. Just IM or Email me with your player info and I'll play a few rounds of whatever with you.

Note*- For some reason my DOD and NWN aren't working to well. My computer had this unexplainable drop in performance. It's not a virus.

Hmm, I like DoD and CS, but I have gotten so frustrated playing against people online. Also they eat up a lot of time

I've never played any of those games. Unless GB is Gunbound. I had a phase back in the day because Yellow Fever got me hooked on it.

I get addicted to any game, though, pretty much, so, it's not a matter of quality most of the time.

I quoted an earlier post so it's not so bad. I have a similar problem with my PS2, as I keep it at my girlfriends apartment. So basically, I never get to play it.

I stopped playing Frozen Throne, don't really play World of Warcraft any more, my Half Life CD key doesn't work with steam, and I can't install Battlefield 1942 because the CD keys are on the jewel case which is in storage with all the other stuff that I didn't think I'd need after I moved.

I've been playing Gunbound a little bit, but it won't let me into my Avatar shop for some stupid reason.

Seriously, I think the gods are trying to tell me that I have better things to do than play video games.

No, i think the gods are just trying to see if you have the drive to overcome hardship. They want to make sure you really want it. But, seriously, get that CD key for BattleField. It's so fucking good. Expesically the ww2 mod for Battlefield Vietnam... which seems like it would be pointless, but, for me at elast, i liked the WW2 setting, but BFV had a better game, so the WW2 mod gives you the best of both of them.

BF:Vietnam runs terribly on my computer, and my Battlefield 1942 CD case is somewhere in a garage that's packed to the top with boxes, 200km away. And I seriously have to work on my schoolwork: I'm doing so very poorly in calculus.

Gunbound would be fun if it weren't for the rampant asshattery on their servers. I can actually feel myself get tense with frustration while I play, because the people piss me off.

I can't wait 'til I buy some console games at EB; I need a break from the internet.

yeah, Gunbound was best when we would play with just people we knew. and at one point in time we had like 6 people playing, so we had fairly big games going with just friends. And, you need calc.. you don't need calc 4, that's why i've vowed to pass it, but come as close to failing as i can on the way.

What server do you play on, Justin and Justin's girlfriend?

And anyone else who plays?

And on a gaming-in-general note, my goal this weekend is to rent Silent Hill 4 and beat it in one sitting, or two sittings with sleep in between. I think I might've said that before.

I was going to play Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and pokemon, but I can't get a GBA emulator working properly; they're all either too slow or don't let me use a joypad. I swear, I have a video gaming curse.

I was in the mood for games earlier so I rented Pikmin 2...except the lady gave me Pikmin (1) accidently. But I never played the first Pikmin anyway, so I decided I would just keep it.

I tried to re-download it or whatever. But, my eatboogers account is gone, which sucks cause I had some nice stuff. And I can't re-register with the name cause I think someone took it. Which is totally gay. And now I can't think of a new account name because everything I think of is taken.

That was my plan for the weekend! I love silent hill and have played all of them (but 4) to death!

I don't play any specific CS server, but in GB we play server 11 (the free one, avatar off) I can give you some free things.

I can start playing on the free servers; I'm still pretty bad, but 9 times out of 10 I'm the best player in the game on the noob server (1 out of 5 times, I'm the best by a very large margin).

again, avatar = Airking850

Right now I'm gonna play Warcraft 3.

I am Counter Strikes bitch. It hurts me. Im not really good, but that hasnt stopped me from creating a clan. -[MD]- has slowly but surely been gaining a repuation as the biggest group of retarded assholes to ever spawned. We do things like stack ourselves in corners with tactical shields, harass teammates, and PRETEND to defuse to bomb, but not. We also rush with scouts, play catch with the bomb, kamakazi knife rush, run on eachothers heads, and have been discussing enacting a shakespearin play on a server with a long round timer and when all our teammates are dead. It is the greatest clan ever.

(MD stands for Mr. Dink. )

Odd...cant seem to host a picture. Hrm...

I bought Katamari Damacy, Devil May Cry and Final Fantasy X today (Blockbuster was out of Silent Hill 4 Mad ).

I've only played the first two, and they are:

The most hilarious thing I've ever witnessed,
Difficult to the point where I stopped playing after 3 missions.

Try to guess which one's which!

I'm stuck on the fourth mission boss, but I'm getting better at it I think. I know a guy who can almost beat the game on hard mode Shocked

I couldn't beat that spider in mission three. He cheated and the camera sucked.

I beat the spider easily. If you gave up on him, then man, would you ever have had trouble with the next boss.

And when I said I knew someone who almost beat hard mode, I actually meant Dante Must Die mode, which is a sort of ultra-hard mode.

Crying or Very sad

I kept shooting him in the face but his health was just too much and I'd try to dodge his attacks but then the camera would change and I'd go crazy and die. And jumping on his back didn't really help since the depth is hard to judge thanks to the bad camera. I TRIED LIKE TEN TIMES!

I beat him on the second try. Getting on his back wasn't hard at all; I think you just have problems with depth perception, mister. Dissapointed

DMC may be my favorite PS2 game ever.

I beat it on DMD, and if you aren't enjoying it, try it on easy, then work your way up.

Seriously, though, I fucked that spider the fuck up on my first try.

EDIT: At least in the final game. I played the demo incessantly, and I might have got my bearings in that demo,

GOD THAT GAME IS THE SECKS

He's only got one eye. He is like some deformed freak.

I'm pretty sure Yellow Fever and I were doing good at DMC, I don't know if we ever beat it, though; I think we ran out of time and had to return it.

If you play GB, add me to your list- ThorstenIII

If you play CS just look for Dr. Boganzo (assuming you use steam).

Seeing as how the WON servers went down a few months ago, not using STEAM may prove difficult. If your comic is any indication of your awesomeness, you should join our clan. We make life miserable for EVERYONE.

You'll notice one of my eyes in that emoticon is an X. That's because I lost it in a fight with Zorro. I don't wear an eye-patch. I just keep the gaping hole.

I've only been in 2 clans before... one was a stupid DoD clan that me and my roomate joined last year for no apparent reason.. it was Toga - Tampa online gaming association. I guess most of the guys in it were from the Tampa Bay region, but, me and my roomate joined it anyways. The other clan was [3B] For the Battlefield games; because most of the guys i play with used to live on floor 3B of a residence hall here.

I LOATHE Steam friend's program. It NEVER works. I used to know about a site that you could plug in an account name and find their room. Does anyone know about this?

A buddy of mine and myself were possibly the two top Specialists players for a while; we'd go into any server and completely dominate anyone and everyone. We could both consistently get scores of about 130-10. It was wicked.

I get the urge to go back to TS every once in a while, but Steam is a big smelly jerk.

What the hell is TS? Do you mean TFC? Anyways, I tried to add more of you to my GB friends. Also-give me your steam names so I can add those too.

he didn't say he was the best, just that he could get those scores consistantly. Maybe he had times where he did way better.

I'm saying we'd both have that score, and we'd get scores like that every time we played, no matter who was on the server at the time. I've never seen anyone match my score on any half decent day, and my friend was better than I was so I don't think I've ever played anyone better than him.

My friend was also the world's top Action Half Life player for a while, so I wouldn't be surprised if we were two of world's top TS players.

I'm pretty good at checkers. Both versions too.

What I mean by that is, most online versions force you to take available jumps, where as regular checkers does not. Many people don't like that rule and therefore claim that I have beaten them unfairly (if I win)

I'm pretty good at checkers I think. I can beat people at chess. I beat Yellow Fever and he's pretty much smarter than me. I think he's just bad at chess, though.
